Well, after 15 weeks of Slim4Life, a bit of cheating and a bit of overdone social event, my weight lost weeks are over.

Scale wise, the number is not very impressive compare with the first time I Was on the program. But I made quite a lot of progress in term of how well I fit into my pant. I can now wear my regular jeans without sucking in my stomach, and my pant are no longer pulling my tight when I get into my small call. With that said, I still have a couple weeks of stabilization weeks to complete. I also started to add exercise into my daily routine. I’m not sure how beneficial the exercise program is going to be, but it’s a good change from my past Body For Life program. The exercise routine I’m on now is call Power90 by BeachBody. I know I know, it looks like those As Seen On TV thing that is over marketed as “Easy and fantastic result!” program for everyone.
As a pretty smart consumer, I research before I make purchase. The advance program, P90X is by far the best reviewed program. However, P90X is so hardcore, I will not be able to get to it anytime soon, hopefully not forever. It’s recommended to go through Power90 before doing P90X, so I thought since they’re from the same company, it would make sense to complete the whole program from the most basic.
Let me tell you something, Power90 is not that basic at all. Sure, some kick boxing stuff are very basic, but the core part is not, like doing a series of push up and sit up, and I’m only at the Phase I-II part. I can already feel some stamina improvement just one week into it, but trying to maintain and stay with the exercise routine is the real challenge. With so much stuff going around with the house and getting new housemate, I barely have time to keep up with this blog. We will see……
