Hi Ilia, I haven't make the cake since then. Baking genoise is still a bit intimidating for me. Now that I look back the post, it bring back the memory of how tasty this cake taste, I think I will bake it again some time in next couple months just to see if my cake torting skill improve, and verify if the spilling ganache pouring would really yield a smooth cake. Thanks for the encouragement word!

Well, I certainly think you did an amazing job as this can't be an easy cake to make! As this post is a couple of years old now, I am curious whether you ever made the cake again after that first time!? Best of luck, Ilia

Thanks Vendetta for the info. Everyone should know and use common sense that this is not an everyday set up. I mean who want to cover their kitchen with foil 365 a year and have a propane tank sit in the middle of the kitchen? Besides, when I use it indoor, I turn my air vent to the highest to suck out all the smoke and fume created from the wok preheat and stir fry.

Like I said in the post, move the stove outdoor in the summer, no need to worry about clean up, fume, gas, smoke etc. Yes I'm still alive after using the propane tank indoor. The key is know what you're doing and understand the product you're dealing with, it's one of the reasons why I don't deal with saw type power tool, he he......

I'm pretty sure there's a carbon monoxide risk for death when using propane indoors. Clearly, since you are alive and posting 2 years later, this has not been an issue for you, but I am led to believe the danger is quite real.

Hey Andrew, that's the right stove, in fact you can find it cheaper in Amazon.

Sometimes you can buy it with the stand. This stove is getting more and more common now, I think it's because it's quite safe to use.
