So you want to know more about me eh… Let see, where do I start? Oh, let’s begin by me telling you a story….

Long time ago there was this nerdy shy Chinese from Malaysia went on a college transfer program to USA in the field of Computer Science. At first it was just an attempt of knowledge seeking in a country where computer and technology advance faster than the rest of the world. Who know one thing lead to another, that nerdy Chinese was absorb by the American culture, landed on a white collar job, picked up the twisted yet sometime cruel American sense of humor.

This Chinese likes to eat, in attempt to satisfy his appetite without breaking the bank, he picked up cooking, and later baking. No doubt he has some sort of eating disorder, he eats when he’s happy, he eats when he’s sad, and he eats when he’s bored. Overtime he get a bit lazy to bake all the time just to have some free time fun, so he decided to buy a used organ… no, not the kidney lung or others kind of organ, it’s actually call Electone by Yamaha, which is an electric organ. He played Electone when he was young, so owning an Electone now helps keep him saint and entertain without flipping a cookbook, breaking an egg or lick a spatula.
Years later, he pretty much started a new life in the foreign land, and recently decided to make a journal of himself after his mid-life crisis….
